At Online One we don't differentiate between where support for your application ends and consulting for new projects starts. So much so that we treat them all the same and charge accordingly.

The philosophy is simple. We provide you an estimate of the time we think it will require to complete a project or set of tasks. We can do this based on a time & materials or a fixed price basis. Your choice.

Fixed Price Where you choose to engage our services on a fixed fee then we will contract with you to deliver a set number of tasks or projects, within an agreed timescale, to your satisfaction, as defined in the contract. Prior to any contract, we'll spend time with you discussing what you want to achieve, ensuring there are no pitfalls.

Time & Materials We offer a number of pre-pay packages where you can purchase a number of hours of our time and use this however you wish. It can be for project work or for training for new staff or general help setting up new users, changing forms or simply administering your whole NetSuite system.
