Manage Sales Opportunities

Client problem

Our client was using excel spreadsheets for their sales force to fill in reports and track opportunities. There was no history of where the opportunity had been created and the history of progress. Management reports were out of date as soon as the excel spreadsheet report was consolidated.

Our Solution

Using the clients existing NetSuite system we implemented an opportunity tracking system so the sales people could enter all their opportunities. Reports were written so that the management team could instantly see the progress of opportunities to a close and intervene when deals went south.

Results

Our client now has a complete feel for the progress of deals towards conclusion throughout the sales process. The visibility sales management now have results in everyone sharing the same information and view of the state of the sales department.
