At Online One we do not differentiate between where support for your application ends and consulting for new projects starts. So much so that we treat them all the same and charge accordingly.

The philosophy is simple. We provide you an estimate of the time we think it will require to complete a project or set of tasks. We can do this based on a time & materials or a fixed price basis. Your choice. For more details...

Support Services Our support services allows you to take advantage of the expertise we have in NetSuite. Most customers buy a block of time from us in a package and then call off against that. It allows them flexibility when it comes to the use of this time. We do not have an annual support or maintenance contract as we believe this does not deliver value to our customers. Having a contract that you pay an annual fee for regardless of the time used doesn't make sense.

Training Our training capabilities can vary according to what you want to achieve. Most of the time we conduct training on-site or via webex to bring your staff up to speed with NetSuite. We can also hold classroom based training at either our Sydney or Melbourne offices which allows your staff to get off site and away from the distractions of the normal business day.
