Support Contract Module allows companies who provide support and maintenance contracts the ability to monitor the time consumed and the status of each contract. By allowing support staff to deduct time after work has been done on a contract a realistic status of each contract is maintained at all times.
On creation of a new job enter the hours available. Each time work has been done the available hours are deducted giving the remaining hours available. Via the customer centre your client can view the remaining hours. Once a user defined threshold has been reached warning emails can be sent to either your client or management staff to inform them of the available hours may run out soon.
Fully integrated into the NetSuite timesheet recording process consultants and support people can mark time to be deducted from a contract. They can also mark time to be recorded against a contract which is non-deductable but informs the customer of work done for free or for other reasons.
Management Users have the ability to review and amend time recorded. This allows any discrepancies or changes to be undertaken prior to the time being recorded against the customer job. It allows fully flexibility to credit or debit time recorded reflecting other agreements or decisions at this level.
